1.0 Returns

At Lille Barn we want you to be happy with the products you buy from us. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to either provide a refund, or exchange the item for another of our products. Items must be returned to us within 14 days from when the item was shipped to you in order to be eligible for a refund. This 14 day period commences once we send out your shipment confirmation email. The cost of returning the item to us must be borne by you and the original delivery charge will not be refunded. Exchanges can only be made subject to product availability.

Items must be returned to us by recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returned items which go missing in the post. Items can only be returned if they are unused, have not been washed and still have the original labels and tags attached. We cannot accept returned items if they do not meet these criteria.

If you believe that the product which has been sent to you is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days This 14 day period commences once we send you your shipment confirmation email. Customers are advised to check all garments on delivery prior to removing tags or labels.

1.1 Cancellations

You are free to cancel your order prior to the order physically being shipped. Note that there will be a slight delay between items physically being shipped and the generation of the shipment confirmation email. Orders which have already physically been shipped will be treated as returns.

1.2 Arranging a Return or Exchange

In order to arrange to return an order (or part order) to us then please send us an email quoting your original order reference number and the reason for the return. If you would like to exchange an item for another product in our range then please provide us with the name, size and colour of the product you would like as a replacement. Note that the replacement item must be available on our e-commerce site. We will then provide you with a returns number. If the previous email link does not work successfully, please send an email to info@lillebarn.com with the word 'Returns' in the subject field.

Once we have received your item via recorded delivery, we will send you an email informing you that your return or exchange is being processed.
